1.1 Definitions

• Service — web platform ioncode.me that provides data processing and analysis services using a credit system
• User — an individual or legal entity using the Service
• Administration — owners and operators of the ioncode.me Service
• Credits — internal currency of the Service for payment of provided services
• Account — User's account in the Service

1.2 Acceptance of terms

Using the Service means full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree with any provisions, refrain from using the Service.

2.2 Service delivery procedure

• Services are provided after registration and balance top-up with credits
• Request processing is performed in real time
• Complex tasks may take 24-48 hours to complete
• Results are provided through web interface or API

2.3 Service delivery timeframes

• Standard requests: up to 30 seconds
• Complex data processing: 1 to 24 hours
• Consultations: within 2 business days after request
• Technical support: up to 24 hours on business days

3.1 Registration requirements

• Providing reliable contact information
• Email address confirmation
• Agreement with these Terms
• Age of at least 18 years or consent of legal guardian

3.2 Account responsibility

• User bears full responsibility for the security of their account
• Must immediately notify about unauthorized access
• Sharing access credentials with third parties is prohibited

4.1 Credit system

1 UAH = different number of credits depending on package:

• Up to 50 UAH: 5 credits per 1 UAH
• 100 UAH: 12 credits
• 200 UAH: 30 credits

• Credits are automatically deducted when using services
• Unused credits have no expiration date

4.2 Payment terms

• Payment is made through WayForPay payment system
• International payment system bank cards are accepted
• Credits are credited instantly after successful payment
• Payment system fees are paid by the User

4.3 Refunds

• Refund of unused credits is possible within 14 days
• Refund is made to bank card within 5-10 business days
• Refund fees are 2% of the amount

5.1 Administration Rights

• Change Service functionality
• Temporarily suspend operation for technical maintenance
• Block accounts for Terms violations
• Change tariffs with 30-day notice

5.2 Administration Obligations

• Ensure Service operability
• Protect Users' personal data
• Provide technical support
• Notify about changes in Terms

5.3 User Rights

• Use all Service functions according to tariff
• Receive technical support
• Export their data
• Delete account at any time

5.4 User Obligations

• Comply with these Terms
• Not use the Service for illegal purposes
• Not violate intellectual property rights
• Provide accurate information

6.1 Prohibited

• Attempts to hack or breach Service security
• Mass automated requests without coordination
• Uploading malicious content
• Violating third-party copyrights
• Using for spam or fraud

6.2 Responsibility for violations

• Account blocking without refund
• Information transfer to law enforcement agencies
• Damage compensation

7.1 Data protection

• Administration undertakes to protect personal data
• Data is not shared with third parties without consent
• Modern encryption methods are applied
• Data access logs are maintained

7.2 Personal data processing

8.1 Limitation of liability

• Administration is not liable for indirect damages
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services
• 100% accuracy of data processing results is not guaranteed

8.2 Quality warranties

• Service uptime not less than 99% per month
• Technical support on business days
• Regular data backup

9.1 Change procedure

• Administration has the right to change Terms unilaterally
• Change notifications are sent 30 days in advance
• Continued use of the Service means agreement with changes

9.2 Substantial changes

Users are personally notified by email about substantial changes (tariffs, functionality).

10.1 Pre-trial procedure

• All disputes are resolved through negotiations

• Claim review period: 10 business days

10.2 Judicial procedure

If dispute resolution in pre-trial procedure is impossible, disputes are considered in Ukrainian courts at Administration's location.

1.2 Refund Principles

We strive to provide fair and transparent refund conditions, protecting the interests of both users and service stability.

2.1 Cases when refund is possible

• Technical malfunction: If the service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to administration fault
• Erroneous payment: Double charge or error in payment amount
• Unused credits: Refund of unused credits within 14 days from purchase
• Substantial change in terms: If service functionality changed drastically without prior notice
• Administration breach: Failure to fulfill obligations according to user agreement
• Non-working functionality: If paid feature is unavailable for more than 72 hours

2.2 Cases when refund is not possible

• Used credits: Credits that were spent on data processing or services
• User violation: Account blocking for violating usage rules
• Change of mind: Simple change of user's opinion without objective reasons
• Exceeding deadline: Requesting refund after established deadline
• Partial usage: If part of credits was used (refund only for unused portion)
• Fraudulent actions: Attempts at deception or using stolen payment data

3.1 Time Frames

• Standard deadline: 14 calendar days from payment date
• Technical malfunctions: 7 days from service restoration
• Erroneous payments: 30 days from error discovery
• Terms changes: 30 days from change notification

3.2 Deadline Calculation

• Deadline is calculated from successful payment credit to account
• Weekends and holidays are not included in the deadline
• Request date is considered the date of written application receipt

4.1 Application Submission
